Rebalance your body, mind, and spirit.
Panchakarma is an Ayurvedic detox and rejuvenation therapy that balances the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Tailored to each individual, it begins with Snehan (oleation) and Svedana (sudation), followed by cleansing methods (Shodhana) to remove toxins, restore balance, and promote lasting health. To restore balance and vitality by offering authentic Ayurvedic therapies that heal the root cause, not just the symptoms.
Five steps of complete detox & rejuvenation:

When the lungs are congested, causing frequent coughs, colds, or asthma, therapeutic vomiting (Vamana) helps remove excess Kapha and mucus. This not only clears physical congestion but may also release stored emotions, leaving the lungs light and breathing easy. Vamana is also helpful for chronic asthma, digestive issues, and fluid retention. After treatment, proper rest, light fasting, and following natural body urges are recommended. Performed correctly, it promotes clear breathing, a lighter chest, improved appetite, and overall relief from congestion.

When the body accumulates excess Pitta in the liver, gallbladder, or small intestine, it can lead to skin problems like rashes, acne, and inflammation, as well as digestive issues such as nausea, vomiting, fever, or jaundice. Ayurveda recommends therapeutic purgation (Virechana) to help eliminate the excess Pitta and restore balance. This treatment clears the bile-related disturbances in the body and can effectively address the root cause of Pitta imbalance. After the procedure, it is important to follow a diet that does not aggravate Pitta or disrupt the balance of the doshas.

Vata plays a central role in the development of many diseases. Controlling Vata through Basti (medicated enema therapy) addresses the root cause of numerous health issues. Vata governs the movement and elimination of feces, urine, bile, and other bodily wastes. Although primarily located in the large intestine, Vata also resides in the bones (Asthi Dhatu). Medications administered through Basti reach the colon’s mucous membrane, which is connected to the bone covering (periosteum), allowing the treatment to nourish deeper tissues and correct Vata-related disorders effectively.

Nasya (Nasal Therapy) is an Ayurvedic treatment that uses the nose as a pathway to balance Prana, the body’s vital life force, and clear accumulated doshas in the head, sinuses, and throat. This therapy helps relieve sinus congestion, migraines, headaches, and certain eye or ear problems. By gently massaging the inner nasal walls with medicated ghee, Nasya promotes better breathing, enhances mental clarity, improves memory and concentration, and releases blocked emotions. Regular practice can transform breathing patterns, support sensory functions, and contribute to overall physical and emotional wellness.

Raktamokshan (Bloodletting Therapy) is an Ayurvedic treatment that helps purify the blood by removing toxins and balancing Pitta. When toxins from the digestive tract enter the bloodstream, they can lead to infections, skin disorders like eczema, acne, rashes, and other blood-related conditions. By carefully extracting a small amount of blood or using leeches, Raktamokshan relieves tension caused by pitta toxins, stimulates the immune system, and supports the body’s natural detoxification. To maintain healthy blood after therapy, it is recommended to avoid foods and substances that increase toxicity, such as sugar, salt, sour foods, yogurt, and alcohol. This therapy promotes overall wellness, strengthens immunity, and restores balance in the body.
